Through House of Work, you will work at a horticultural company in Dinteloord. The company works with young plants and cuttings. In the cold store, you and your colleagues check incoming products and prepare them for production.

You carry out practical tasks and help organise the work in the cold store. You make sure products are checked and that colleagues have the materials and instructions they need.
Your main tasks include:
- Receive incoming cuttings and check their quality.
- Check transport information and report problems.
- Prepare materials and task lists for production.
- Decide which tasks need to be done first and check progress.
- Explain tasks to colleagues and work alongside them.
- Keep records and suggest ways to improve the work.
- Keep the workplace safe, clean and organised.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational education at Dutch mbo level, or have similar skills gained through work experience.
- You work carefully and take responsibility for your tasks.
- You notice problems and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- You are available for shift work and weekend work.
- You are willing to work in a cold environment.
- You speak Dutch well. English is an advantage.
- Experience working with plants or receiving and handling goods is an advantage.
- You have your own housing.
