Our IT team works closely with users and process owners to manage and improve these systems, ensuring they support the organisation as effectively as possible.
Job information
In this full-time role, you will manage and improve our business applications. You will investigate user requests, translate their needs into system improvements and work with colleagues and external partners on applications, integrations and data flows.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing and improving AFAS, Plan4Flex and other business applications.
- Identifying bottlenecks and translating user needs into practical process improvements.
- Implementing, testing and supporting system changes.
- Investigating and resolving incidents and user queries, working with colleagues or external partners when needed.
- Improving system integrations, data flows and automation.
- Documenting procedures and sharing knowledge with users.
- Working closely with users, process owners, IT colleagues and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in functional application management, application administration or a similar IT role.
- A higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, for example in Business IT & Management, ICT or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to translate user needs into practical solutions.
- Experience with AFAS, Plan4Flex, Power BI or the staffing or HR industry is an advantage, but not required.
