House of Work brings together several staffing organisations and connects people with work. Our job coaches work closely with recruitment, planning and account management. Together, these teams support temporary workers and maintain contact with the workplaces where they are employed.
Job information
In this full-time role, you visit client locations and support Romanian temporary workers. You answer work-related questions, identify concerns and involve the right colleague when an issue needs further attention.
Your main tasks include:
- Visit client sites and build approachable, trusted relationships with Romanian workers.
- Answer work-related questions, discuss concerns and identify issues.
- Resolve issues yourself where possible or involve the right colleague.
- Work closely with recruitment, planning and account management.
- Share workplace information with the Account Manager, who manages client contact; coordinate with the client when needed.
- Keep the administration related to your work up to date.
Requirements
- Speak Romanian and have a good command of Dutch.
- Be sociable, involved and a strong communicator, confident in discussing concerns.
- Have a category B driving licence.
- Respond quickly, think in solutions and know when to involve a colleague.
- Work independently, flexibly and well with others.
- Staffing industry experience is an advantage; it is not required.
